About me
I am a graduate from Les Roches: School of Hotel Management, Switzerland. I have also earned a Swiss higher diploma in International Hospitality Management from the Swiss Hotel Management School (SHMS), Caux/Montreux, Switzerland.
In addition to the educational qualifications mentioned above, I have professional experience in the hospitality industry of 12 years and a teaching experience of 4 years. I am trained in a multicultural background. With strong experience in customer facing roles, I have operations, sales, custEx, budgeting and revenue management experience.
I have also served as the director of a boutique hotel in India and have entrepreneurial experience and business acumen. Great at interpersonal skills and people management I also have a flair for sales and marketing. I have great academic exposure and I have headed the hospitality program from the University of West London delivered in India.
